The Development of the Recruitment Marketing service was born out of necessity. At Mawazo we needed to hire applicants fast in a difficult labour market where many companies were vying for the same jobseekers. 

We established a different approach to announce vacancies, as shown on  this page on our website. It's a long form sales letter with videos which was advertised for one week on all relevant recruitment platforms and attracted more than 100 applicants between 23 and 26 December 2021.

Applicants were asked to complete ten questions, which included open and multiple-choice questions,  audio and video recording, spreadsheet manipulation etc.
